Better Late than never........

Everyone that knows me knows about my affinity for birthday party themes. I knew my little guy was getting older & I tend to go over the top when He asked me for a "normal" birthday party. :(
But a las,  I had a daughter and now I can go crazy with her parties.
After all they only occur once a year.
I figure I'll get away with it until they are too old or too cool.
Because she is such a girly girl and a bookworm to boot I drew my inspiration from our friend Miss..

Once the guests arrived at the tearoom they were invited to adorn themselves in all sorts of baubbles and beads. They also recieved a personalized name tag in french.

Our lone Monsieur Colin. On the left is the name banner with Fancy Nancy embellishments.

Homemade 2 tier cake chocolate chiffon & vanilla couture cake.

curtsy my dear!

Sisters!

My sister was there to help with the festivities
The ladies were treated to a makeup and manicure.
Unfortunately, I have no photos of that for some reason.

Tea time
The menu consisted of  petit crossaint sandwhiches, french crisps &  fruit medely salads.
Each girl recieved her own teapot of moulin rouge lemonade or evian water.

Time to open z gifts!!! LOL

Ooh La La!!

The girls from our street
Neighbors Mademoiselle Simone & Ashley
If you look in Simone's hand she is holding the goody bags I made a tube out of cardstock and filled it with the most glamourous goodies including Fancy Nancy coloring pages lip gloss sparkly wand, bubbles, bracelets, rings & candy.
